TO ALL EAST VALLEY CUSTOMERS: OUR MESA LOCATION IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED!
We were so excited to bring all of you a brand new, wonderful location in Mesa but unfortunately, only after a few months of being open, we had to make the decision to close our Mesa location due to safety concerns with the shopping center. Your childs safety is our top priority and due to some recent activity occuring directly outside our doors, we felt it was necessary to move on and find a much happier place for Play Factory to call home in the east valley. We are currently looking at several places and will keep everyone posted on our progress. If you had a membership or online voucher, you can use it at our Desert Ridge location or hold onto it for when we re-open our east valley location at some point in the future or you may call up the online company you purchased the voucher from to request a refund.. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this last minute decision may have caused but know that we are always looking out for the best interest of you and your children. Safety always comes first! Our website will be updated as well by this weekend. We look forward to seeing you all soon for lots of fun and thank you again for your business. :)
